Zamzomarr
A wizard in league with the Dragon, reputed to have been killed once by Lord Stefan and again by some adventurers.
His head was being used as an alarm system by the garrison of Fort Chesterfield, but was subsequently buried in the woods by adventurers.
Somehow the dreaded head of Zamzomarr turned up in a cave controlled by a Priest of Hextor. After saving an entire party of adventurers by dispelling a large scale hold person spell, he somehow finagled a somewhat senile dwarf with a bear head into switching minds with him. So now his whereabouts are unknown and he was a bear head, probably.
I'm not one to quibble over semiotics, but running around with a bear head strikes me as fairly lively.

he's definitely a confusing dude, I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out there were a half dozen wizards named Zamzomarr running around, but i think it more likely that there is a more confusing explanation…
The dude suspected to be Zamzomarr is deceased, by all accounts. The dude claiming to be Zamzomarr is alive and bear-headed, by all accounts. This entry looks like it's for both of them.
So Connor is currently alive and residing in the head that used to be Zamzomarr's?

I'm pretty sure that the answer is yes, but it transformed to look like Connor's (original unbearlike) head.
I suppose that I may have gotten ahead of myself assuming that this Zamzomarr page was the pertained to the talking head of what supposedly Zamzomarr at Fort Chesterfield. Though the fact the head could speak and warned guards about the arrival of visitors was also more of an alivish trait to have. Methinks the whole Zamzomarr page might need some re-tagging and clarification. Maybe deceased? tag. Or deceasedish.
